Booking Information

•	We require a 20% booking fee to confirm your reservation.
•	Please send the balance 6 weeks prior to arrival.
•	A refundable deposit of £100 is required against return of parking permit/keys.
•	You will be given the code to the Key safe for flexibility in arrival time.
•	Arrival time is after 2pm, please vacate the apartment by 10am to allow for cleaning.
